CLEAR RULES. MEANINGFUL MILESTONES.
01 / Starter template
Ring the Bell
1 deal won · all time
Recognise a first recorded win. This is a simple entry point that does not ask a new rep to beat an experienced colleague.
Before you use it: Decide whether past wins count. An all-time target with historical data recognises the first win in the available record, not necessarily the first win since joining the programme.

First Five
5 deals won · all time
Add an attainable step between a first win and a long-term trophy. For a team with longer sales cycles, a lifetime milestone avoids an arbitrary monthly deadline.
Before you use it: Use a count of won deals with an all-time period and a target of five. The name and target are a suggested custom achievement, not a bundled template.
03 / Starter template
Hat Trick
3 deals won · one day
Mark an unusually busy closing day. Use it only if several wins in a day are plausible in your sales motion.
Before you use it: A day is a calendar period in the team’s timezone, not a rolling 24-hour window. Avoid encouraging reps to delay entering a win just to group deals together.
04 / Starter template
Closer of the Week
5 deals won · one week
Give a regular closing milestone a weekly rhythm. Every rep who reaches five qualifies; this is not a prize reserved for the highest seller.
Before you use it: Keep the rule separate from a leaderboard. If five weekly wins would require months of normal activity, choose a more suitable count or a monthly period.

Double Digits
10 deals won · one month
Make a month of repeated wins visible. It recognises a count of deals, so it does not depend on one exceptionally large contract.
Before you use it: Ten is a starting template value, not an industry benchmark. Review your team’s actual deal pace before choosing it.

Big Fish
One deal worth at least 25,000 · one month
Recognise a substantial single win. The example is 25,000 in your chosen currency; replace it with a meaningful amount for your team.
Before you use it: Measure the largest won deal, not the sum of several deals. achvd’s money targets can be tuned from team history, so this example is not a promise about the amount installed for every team.
07 / Starter template · example target
Banner Month
100,000 in total won deal value · one month
Recognise a month’s combined deal value. For example, five wins of 20,000 reach a 100,000 target in the same currency.
Before you use it: This sums won deal amounts; it does not measure cash collected or profit. Choose a consistent currency and confirm the amount used before setting a target.
08 / Starter template
Pipeline Builder
10 deals created · one week
Acknowledge work that creates future opportunities, particularly where closes are less frequent.
Before you use it: The current rule counts created deals. It does not automatically verify qualification or deal quality. Use it only when your team already has a clear, consistently applied definition of a real opportunity; avoid rewarding duplicate records.
09 / Custom idea
Half Century
50 deals won · all time
Add a long-term milestone before Century Club. It can give an established rep another visible step without making every trophy depend on a monthly reset.
Before you use it: Use an all-time count of won deals with a target of 50. This is a suggested custom achievement, not a bundled template.
10 / Starter template
Century Club
100 deals won · all time
Celebrate a sustained record of wins. This milestone belongs in a collection that can build over time.
Before you use it: For a rep closing two deals per month, 100 wins would take about 50 months from zero. Keep a nearer milestone alongside it; 100 is not a universally appropriate target.
